In an EPC project TSI provides:

Detailed Engineering

Project Management

Procurement of all materials and equipment

Construction of the facility and tie in to existing facilities.

Commissioning

Start Up support

Hand off to customer operations or the transfer of operations to TSI’s O&M division to provide the customer with an operations solution that is backed up by the same company that EPC’s the facility with obvious clear benefits on any warranty issues during the life of the producing asset.

Throughout these projects Trunkey commits to:

Strive to execute and deliver the project within an agreed time and budget.

Ensure all codes and industry best practices are followed.

Protect the people, environment and assets to the best of our ability through a rigorous HSE management system and diligent education of all involved on the projects through all phases.

Ensure the client Project Management Team receives all the specialist help, guidance and communication they need during the execution phase and ensure that all the transparency needed is there to demonstrate that progress and work is being carried out in accordance with the agreed scope of works and in accordance with the Contract.

For smaller less well defined projects or alterations to a project based on newly found circumstances it is often easier to work on a T&M basis (Time & Materials) or a T&M basis with a “not to exceed” defined budget.
